These terms explain how WMC website forms and the Instant Roof Quote system should be used.
The WMC website, quote forms, and Instant Roof Quote system are provided for general information and preliminary project inquiry purposes. They are not emergency dispatch tools unless a page specifically states otherwise.
The WMC Instant Roof Quote system may generate a preliminary residential asphalt shingle roof replacement range based on mapped roof areas selected by the customer, available property data where applicable, WMC internal estimate rules, and customer-provided information. The tool may display a satellite map and allow roof outlining, roof naming, pitch-basis selection, and distance measurements. Property-analysis content may include Google Maps Platform content where applicable and remains subject to Google’s applicable terms. Submitted roof outlines may be retained in WMC’s private review workspace and corrected internally by WMC when professional verification requires it. Any result is not a final contract price, binding offer, insurance value, or guaranteed project scope.
Final pricing and scope remain subject to WMC review of roof condition, layers, decking, flashing, vents, access, detached structures, specialty materials, code-related details, site conditions, and any factors not confirmed through the instant estimator.
Users may not submit false, misleading, abusive, or unauthorized requests through WMC forms or the estimator. WMC may decline, correct, or manually review any estimate request where the automated path is not appropriate.
