The WMC Instant Roof Quote system uses a property address to open a satellite roof-selection workspace and prepare a preliminary roof replacement estimate path. The system may use third-party mapping or property data services, including Google Maps Platform content where applicable, to analyze the property, display the map workspace, and create a WMC-generated estimate summary. Customers may outline roof areas and use measurement tools on the map. WMC stores the submitted quote summary, a mapped measurement summary, and the roof outline geometry submitted by the customer so the private WMC review team can verify the selected roof, make internal corrections when needed, and preserve an audit trail of the estimate review. Raw Solar API response payloads are not intended to be stored in WMC’s public lead database. Google Maps Platform content remains subject to Google’s applicable terms and privacy information.
WMC may use secure technology vendors for website hosting, storage, database operations, email delivery, and address/property analysis. These providers are used only to operate the website and quote workflow.
