What is a leak inspection?
We inspect the affected roof or exterior area for signs of water entry, assess visible damage and identify the repairs needed. This is a targeted inspection for repair purposes. To request a visit, use the Request a Service Call button or call (403) 214-1991.
Is the repair price included in the visit?
The service call fee is $150. We confirm the repair scope and pricing with you before additional work proceeds.
Are service calls only for storm damage?
No. We handle all exterior service calls, including roofing, eavestroughs, windows, doors, siding, soffit, fascia, flashing and caulking. Contact us about leaks, loose components, wear, maintenance or storm damage.
